Job Title: OPAC Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Batterer’s Intervention Program (BIP) Manager for our OPAC Program to oversee the daily operations, clinical services, and compliance requirements of our OPAC program. The ideal candidate will have a background in social work or behavioral health, experience in group facilitation and one-on-one client support, and familiarity with court-involved populations. This role involves a combination of direct service, staff supervision, administrative oversight, and collaboration with community partners.
