Jeff Paschall, ThM
Pastor Journey Roseburg Church
Jeff earned his Masters or Bible Studies at Trinity College. As a leader, Pastor Jeff is regarded for his boldness, innovation and vision. He’s well-respected for his passion for the cause of Christ and for preaching messages that speak straight to the heart and challenge seeking minds. When it comes to sharing Jesus he’s a guy who loves to go anywhere and mix it up with anyone. At home, Jeff is most loved for being ‘lover of mom’ and ‘dad of the house’. He and his wife, Sharon have been married 22 years and have 6 children and 2 grandchildren whom all love and seek after Jesus. He’s a husband first, a dad second, and a pastor third. This allows him to be a pastor who loves God and people, and a speaker of life who declares to many they, too, can know Jesus and impact eternity.

Allen Sjogren, BA, Management
Bushnell University
I have been married to Tamie Sjogren for over 37 years and we have three grown sons and 3 grandchildren. I have worked in social services and or ministry for most of my adult life. I enjoy youth and college age ministry. I love the outdoors, hanging out with family and friends, and just about any kind of board/card game. I was drawn to FARA because we help families become healthy and whole. I have worked with hundreds of families over the years in social work settings and know first-hand how important our services are. Robert’s passion is contagious and I have been compelled to get behind FARA’s mission to build a stronger community.

Colton Dunham, BS, Biochemistry
Eastern Oregon University
I am a husband to my amazing wife Emily, and we are blessed with our son who is a toddler now. For the past six years I have worked in social services and currently am a lead trainer within my unit. Previously I had pursued veterinary as I have a big heart for animals. I too have a big heart for people, especially in our community and want to help where possible. My wife and I have supported youth ministry over the years, a mission trip and adult ministry through home groups. I am a very active person who loves the outdoors, swimming, fishing, so much more, including playing pickleball frequently. I’ve been in this area my whole life, and there’s so much to do and such a great community here that I am so blessed to be a part of.
